Refund & Return Policy

At Bubzellacosh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our kitchen cleaning gadgets. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: For hygiene reasons, cleaning tools that have been used with water or detergents cannot be returned unless they are defective.

2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at service@bubzellacosh.com.

  1. Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Choice: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong tool, Bubzellacosh will cover the return shipping costs or send a replacement at no extra charge.

4. Damaged and Issues (Defective Gadgets)

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask for a photo or short video of the defect to speed up the process.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

     

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

     

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
